Your satisfaction is important to us. At The Craft Touch, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be purchased directly from The Craft Touch website
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original, sellable condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Return request must be approved before shipment
• Proof of purchase may be required

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Final sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Natural variations in color, texture, or finish of handcrafted products

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Trackable shipping service is recommended
  
• Secure packaging is required for fragile or heavy items
• Returns damaged due to improper packaging are not eligible for refund

Refunds

• Refunds are issued for item price only
• Shipping charges are excluded
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection

Exchanges

• Exchanges depend on product availability
• Processed as a new order
• Price difference must be paid if applicable

Damaged Items (Transit Damage)

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before shipment
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins
• Please contact us immediately for cancellation requests

International Orders (Outside Canada, Including USA)

• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer
